Vancouver, British Columbia - Cardero Resource Corp. (“Cardero” or the “Company”) (TSXV: CDU, Frankfurt: CR5, OTCBB: CDYCF) reports that pursuant to the news release dated December 28, 2018 and the closing of the private placement the Company confirms that on November 9, 2018, the Company issued 300,000 units at a price of $0.10 per Unit for aggregate proceeds of $30,000.  All other information pursuant to the closing remain unchanged.  The Company further notes that cash finder’s fees were paid to Haywood Securities Inc.
